राष्ट्रीय ग्राम स्वराज अभियान 2023 – 2024 के तहत पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों एवं कार्मिको का प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम “पंचायत विकास योजना एवं थीम आधारित नियोजन” विषय पर केयर इन नीड वेलफेयर सोसाइटी द्वारा विकासखंड देवाल(चमोली) के न्याय पंचायत देवाल के सभागार व् न्याय पंचायत लिगड़ी के पंचायत घर मे दिनांक 15.01.2024 से 17.01.2024 व् न्याय पंचायत देवाल के सभागार व् न्याय पंचायत मुन्दोली के पंचायत घर में दिनांक 18.01.2024 से प्रारम्भ किया। प्रशिक्षण को दिनांक 20.01.2024 को समापन किया गया।

A three day training program on localization of sustainable development goals and formulation of Gram Panchayat Development Plans was conducted from 29th January 2024 to   06th February 2024 for the representatives and personnel of three-tier Panchayats under the campaign of Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyaan (RGSA) of Panchayati Raj Department, Uttarakhand at block Lohaghat of district Champawat, Uttarakhand by Care In Need Welfare Society.

The training was conducted in Rausal nyay panchayat and block Lohaghat from 29.01.24 to 31.01.24. In nyay panchayat Baskuni , Kolidhek and Bhumlai from 01.02.24 to 03.02.24 and in nyay panchayat Dumdai, Kimtoli, Dhorja from 04.02.24 to 06.02.24.

Seminar on Rural Technology and Drudgery Reduction of Women in Hilly Region of District Chamoli, Uttarakhand On 20th June 2024.

The event was organized with the objective of providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the roles, importance, and challenges faced by women in remote areas, focusing on technology and drudgery reduction of women. The seminar brought together experts, speakers, beneficiaries to share models, approaches, and best practices to support women in these regions.

The seminar saw the participation of members of SHG’s, MMD’s, entrepreneurs, women farmers, representatives from local NGOs, government officials, experts in rural technology and women’s empowerment from district Chamoli, Uttarakhand.

NGO working for the upliftment of adolescents urban & rural poor. Major projects executed are vocational training, income generation through micro credit of SHG's, Cooperatives, FPO, RCH and Road Safety Programmes.

Awareness was provided to 30000 populace on banking, finance, micro savings, bank transactions, nutrition, HIV/AIDS, S.T.D./RTI, personnel hygiene, computer education, carpet weaving, designing, dairy development & road safety measures. More than 2000 populace got employment in other activities.
